My name is Hiba Aizouq, I am a Syrian artist, born in Salamiya of Syria in 1986. I grew up in lovely well-educated family which keep supporting me to be what I am, my father is an artist, so their was a connection with arts from an early stages in my life.

Living in artistic environment motivate me to adore arts. With more enthusiasm, I decided to study fine art as a first step to achieve a dream since I was a child.

I graduated from graphic department, faculty of Fine Arts in Damascus university, Syria 2009.

I Participated in several exhibitions in and outside my home country Syria.

In the end of the year 2011 I had to leave Syria because of the bad conflicts, so I went to Arbil, Iraq, and during living there I had my first solo exhibition in Shanidar gallery 2012.

By the year 2013 I moved up to Istanbul, it is a city full of life, care about art, and has many choices, galleries and important artists, I was able to participate in several activities, workshops and exhibitions there.

In 2019 I moved up to Ankara to attempt an art residency at CerModern, which it was the reason why I live in Ankara for now.
